BLACK RUSSIAN

ice
1 1/2 oz. vodka
1 coffee liquor

Pour all the ingredients in an old-fashioned glass and garnish with a stirrer.

CAIPIRINHA

ice
a lemon
2 tbs. sugar
2 oz. cachaça

Cut a lemon in 8 small pieces and mash them in an old-fashioned glass. Add the sugar and the ice. Finally, pour the cachaça. Some people garnish with a straw.

CUBA LIBRE

ice
dash lemon juice
2 oz. rum
complete with cola

Order is crucial here: First, put the ice in a highball glass; then add the lemon juice and the rum; last, the cola. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a stirrer.

GIN TONIC

ice
2 oz. gin
complete with tonic water

Pour all the ingredients in a highball glass and garnish with a slice of lemon and a stirrer.

FROZEN DAIQUIRI

some ice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz. sugar syrup
2 oz. white rum
Some fruit (like mango, melon or strawberries)

Blend all the ingredients together, use a spoon to crush the ice as it has to be in the cup of a frozen drink. Serve in a tulip cup and garnish with a piece of the base fruit and a couple of straws.

A GOODNIGHT KISS

1 sugar cube
1 drop angostura bitters
1 dash Campari bitters
complete with champagne

Place a drop of angostura bitters on a sugar cube and drop into a champagne flute. Add champagne and splash of campari.

PIÑA COLADA

ice
2 oz. rum
1/2 oz. coconut cream
2 oz. pineapple juice

Blend all the ingredients and serve in a tulip cup. Garnish with a cherry and a slice of pineapple.
